A temperature logger also a temperature monitor devices, is a portable measurement instrument that is capable of autonomously recording temperature over a defined period of time. Now I will give more introduction to cold chain temperature monitoring devices.
The digital data can be retrieved, viewed and evaluated after it has been recorded. The temperature value for cold chain temperature monitoring devices is the decimal ASCII code, which is accurate to one decimal place. If it is a negative temperature, it is preceded by a negative sign, such as 28.3, -3.5.
